The brief
BioMedica is Pharmacare’s practitioner-only nutraceutical brand. Pharmacare asked Tonic to move BioMedica’s practitioner and B2B ordering onto Adobe Commerce, connected to MYOB EXO so orders no longer had to be re-keyed.
The challenge: ordering built for practitioners
BioMedica is sold through healthcare practitioners, not on the shelf, so ordering had to work the way a practice buys: trade accounts, customer-specific pricing and fast repeat orders. Orders were being re-keyed between systems, which slowed fulfilment and left room for error. Any new platform had to talk directly to MYOB EXO, the ERP behind BioMedica’s orders and stock.
The strategy: a practitioner-first store
We built BioMedica as part of Pharmacare’s wider move to Adobe Commerce, alongside Nature’s Way and Skin Doctors. We designed the ordering journey around practitioners: account approvals so only verified practitioners can buy, practitioner-only catalogues, and quick reorder for the products they stock every month.

Tonic delivered an Adobe Commerce store with customer-specific pricing, account approvals and quick reorder built in. A two-way integration with MYOB EXO means orders flow straight into the ERP, while customer accounts, pricing and stock stay in sync with no re-keying. Tonic continues to support and develop the platform.
