The brief

Support LG’s ongoing partnership with Taronga through its website and creative communications. From conservation projects to the Hatch accelerator programme, our role was to help tell the partnership’s stories and give each new initiative a consistent LG look and feel.

The challenge: many stories, one partnership

This partnership has plenty of stories to tell, with new projects, events and people to introduce each year. The challenge was to give each activity its own moment while helping audiences understand how it fitted into the bigger picture.

The work also needed to reach different groups, from LG employees and customers to conservation supporters. Website content, social posts, videos and event materials all needed to feel connected, with messages suited to each audience.

The strategy: LG’s ongoing creative team

As LG’s ongoing creative team for the partnership, we manage updates to the Life’s Good website and develop materials across digital, print and events.

The website gives the partnership’s stories a home, bringing together information about Taronga, the Hatch programme and the people behind the projects. We keep it updated as new initiatives launch and stories develop.

Beyond the website, our work has included social content, eDMs, event signage, welcome packs, vouchers and video content. We’ve supported activities ranging from beach clean-ups and tree planting to wildlife donations and stories about Hatch founders.

Across each piece, the aim is simple: explain what’s happening, show the people involved and make LG’s support easy to understand.

The solution: a growing library of stories

The work has given LG a growing collection of stories and creative assets to share as the partnership develops, with a consistent website presence supporting activity across other channels.

The partnership itself continues to support practical conservation ideas. In 2026, LG backed five startups through Taronga’s Hatch programme, including a $5,000 Life’s Good Award. Tonic’s ongoing role is to help bring those initiatives and the people behind them into view.
