Who this is for

Teams already invested in Salesforce

Sales Cloud or Service Cloud is the system of record and marketing still sits in a disconnected stack.

Enterprise and multi-brand programmes

You need journeys, data extensions and sending at a scale simple email tools cannot govern.

Organisations with strict data and preference rules

Consent, suppression and CRM write-backs have to be correct-not “good enough for a blast”.

What we help solve

Practical problems we see on Marketing Cloud programmes-and how we address them.

  • Journeys that do not match CRM reality

Entry, exit and decision splits ignore Sales Cloud status. We design journeys from CRM objects and events so marketing follows the actual customer record.

  • Data extensions no one can explain

Sendable DEs, queries and automations have grown into a maze. We rebuild the data model, SQL and automation studio jobs so audiences stay trustworthy.

  • Email that cannot be reused

One-off builds with no content blocks or testing path. We set templates, content builder patterns and QA so campaigns can ship without a rebuild each time.

  • Consent and suppression gaps

Preferences, unsubscribes and legal bases are inconsistent across business units. We implement publication lists, preference centres and suppression that match policy.

  • No shared view of performance

Sends are tracked in Marketing Cloud, revenue in Salesforce. We connect attribution and journey reporting back to CRM where it matters.

Why Marketing Cloud / why this approach

  • Native to the Salesforce ecosystemMarketing Cloud is strongest when Sales Cloud or Service Cloud is already the source of truth-not when it is used as a standalone ESP.
  • Journeys at enterprise scaleJourney Builder, Automation Studio and data extensions support complex, multi-step programmes that simpler tools cannot govern.
  • Data and consent as deliveryWe treat DEs, queries, business units and preference management as core architecture, not admin cleanup after launch.
  • Clear alternative when HubSpot or Marketo fits betterHubSpot is often faster for mid-market CRM-plus-marketing. Marketo is a strong B2B engagement layer on Salesforce CRM. We recommend Marketing Cloud when the Salesforce marketing stack is the right long-term home.
  • Continuous optimisationJourneys and data jobs are iterated against engagement and CRM outcomes-not left as a one-off implementation.

What we do with Salesforce Marketing Cloud

  • Solution architecture

Business units, sender authentication, roles and how Marketing Cloud sits with Sales Cloud.

  • CRM and data integration

Synchronised data sources, data extensions, queries and journey entry events.

  • Journey design and build

Journey Builder for lifecycle, onboarding, win-back and event-triggered paths.

  • Email and content

Content Builder templates, dynamic content and a QA path marketers can repeat.

  • Automation Studio

SQL, file drops, imports and scheduled jobs that keep audiences current.

  • Consent and preference management

Publication lists, preference centres and suppression aligned to policy.

  • Tracking and reporting

Send, journey and CRM-aligned reporting so marketing can talk to sales in the same numbers.

  • Migration and ongoing support

From other ESPs or a neglected Marketing Cloud instance, plus optimisation after go-live.

Clear picture of what to keep, rebuild or retire.

  2. Data and journey design

We define objects, DEs, consent and the journeys that matter first.

An architecture marketing and CRM can share.

    Reliable go-live and confident operators.

  6. Optimisation

We refine journeys and data jobs from live CRM and engagement data.

    Continuous improvement against the funnel.

FAQs

Is this Account Engagement (Pardot) or Marketing Cloud?

This page is Salesforce Marketing Cloud (email, journeys, data extensions). Account Engagement is a different B2B product; we can advise which belongs in your Salesforce stack, including when Marketo is a better engagement layer.

Do we need Sales Cloud to use Marketing Cloud?

You can send without it, but Marketing Cloud is usually worth the complexity when Salesforce CRM is the system of record. That is the pattern we implement.

Marketing Cloud or HubSpot?

Marketing Cloud fits enterprise Salesforce-centric programmes. HubSpot is often the better fit when you want CRM and marketing in one simpler platform. We help you choose.

Can you fix an existing Marketing Cloud instance?

Yes-data extensions, SQL, journeys and business-unit sprawl are the usual starting point.

Do you handle AMPscript and SQL?

Yes-where personalisation or audience jobs need it, with documentation so the team is not locked to one developer.

Do you provide ongoing support?

Yes-journeys and data jobs need iteration after launch. See our marketing automation approach.
