Physical jobs fairs are great for one-to-one interaction but are costly and present time challenges to employers and visitors. CareerOne wanted an easier, more cost-effective way for the Australian Defence Force (ADF) to reach potential recruits and students.
We’ve created a responsive online environment that encourages visitors to wander around as if they were at a physical fair. ADF departments can customise their hub to offer videos, news, events, live chats, job listings and course timetables. Visitors can explore multiple career paths, access webinars and industry specific chat topics. They can also ask questions, upload resumes, apply for jobs and follow social media feeds.
We received very positive feedback from the CareerOne team in relation to the campaign results.
